Medical Assistant - Back Office

Palmdale Women's Health Physician Group, Inc

Job Description

We are seeking a certified medical assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine clinical tasks to keep the medical facility running smoothly. This position requires the MA to perform blood draws, vitals, and assist physicians. We are a busy Ob/Gyn office looking for a back office MA that speaks Spanish as well as English. OB/GYN Experience highly preferred but we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
Perform routine clinical tasks (vitals, immunizations, chart findings)
Support medical staff
Be a team player
Be punctual and available everyday

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant Certification
Bilingual English/Spanish a MUST
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
