Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous experience in a school environment highly valued
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and evidence-based therapy plans
• Provide direct and consultative services to students individually and in small groups
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
