We are seeking Front Desk/Sales Consultants who are outgoing, cheerful, engaging, energetic, resourceful, industrious and sales driven.

You will create an amazing experience for all of our members and guests, through education and promoting our packages and memberships. We also have an exclusive line of "lash" retail products.
Job Type: Part Time (25 - 30+ hrs per week). We are open 7 days a week and looking for evening and weekend shifts.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES FOR LASH CONSULTANT / SALES ASSOCIATE:
- Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Membership and retail products to guests
- Provide Gold Standard customer service to all guests
- Answers phone calls, books reservation, and enthusiastically greeting guests
- Maintains professionalism and courtesy at all times
- Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of guest records and surveys
- Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of treatment rooms, common areas, and storage rooms
- Desire to learn and adapt to the membership selling process
- Various duties as assigned by Studio Management
TOP PRIORITIES FOR LASH CONSULTANTS:
- Answering phone calls, booking reservations, and maintaining fluid operations at the front desk
- Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Memberships and retail products
- Helps maintains an impeccable clean studio
TEAM PLAYER:
- Must be customer service oriented and able to utilize effective communication with all guests, studio management, and fellow associates
- Must be able to work flexible hours including days/nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications and Skills
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to multi tasks
- Sales and customer service experience in service/retail industry
- Ability to lead a plus
- Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Mindbody application is a plus.
