Pay: $41–$50 per hour, based on experience [+ mileage reimbursement]

What You'll Do

• Visit clients at the start of service and create aide task plans based on the client's care plan from their case manager

• Make scheduled supervisory visits to make sure clients are getting great care

• Train and support our personal support aides, including RN delegation of approved tasks

• Keep case managers updated when a client's needs change

• Complete clear, timely visit notes that meet program and state requirements

• Help us keep high standards as we grow

What You Bring

• Active Georgia RN license or multistate (NLC) compact license

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• At least [1] year of RN experience; home care or geriatric experience is a plus

• Experience with Medicaid home care programs is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Ability to pass a federal background check

• Dependability: our clients and aides count on supervisory visits happening on schedule
