Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Special Education Teacher
- Proven experience with middle school students strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and compliance

- Effective communicator with students, families, and colleagues
- Skilled in classroom management and differentiated instruction
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction to meet the diverse needs of 6th-8th grade students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with district and state requirements
- Collaborate regularly with general educators to support inclusive practices and student integration
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, goals, and interventions
- Foster a positive learning environment where students feel recognized and empowered
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
