About the RoleTF Partners is seeking motivated, relationship-driven individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. In this role, you will work directly with local businesses to help employers provide valuable, affordable employee benefit solutions to their teams.

What You'll Do- Build relationships with local business owners, managers, and key decision-makers
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective clients
- Identify business needs and recommend employee benefit solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing client support
- Maintain a professional presence within the local business community
- Participate in sales and leadership development programs

- Previous sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred
