Security Officer

Your future role at a glance Location: Franklin, WI Facility: Franklin Hospital Department/Specialty: Security Schedule: Part-time (16 hours weekly) / Primarily Evening Shift How you'll make an impact in this role Ensure a safe and secure environment by providing security services for patients, visitors, and staff Monitor and respond to security threats Investigate and document security hazards and incidents Maintain emergency preparedness and operate a vehicle to patrol the premises What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Wisconsin Concealed Weapons License (CCW) to be obtained within 90 days (3 months) of hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following are preferred: BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Law Enforcement. Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc. Security Professional. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional requirements you'll need 16 hours per week / Rotating Days Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience preferred. Successful completion of Security Training Academy must be completed during probationary period. Expected to work 16 hrs/week, 3:00pm - 11:00pm.
