This position will be hired as an Asset/Liability Analyst level I or II depending on experience.

Job Summary:

The Asset/Liability Analyst I & II roles will assist with the financial management and asset/liability management of the Bank. This position will perform financial and data analysis and serve as an internal consultant to other business lines within the organization.

Asset/Liability Analyst II will perform more complex financial and data analysis and may be called upon to present to management.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

• Performs analysis to support management of the Bank's balance sheet
• Conducts margin analysis
• Assists in the preparation for asset/liability committee meetings
• Assists in completion of the Bank-wide budget
• Conducts Peer analysis
• Supports management with analysis needs
• Performs other duties as requested

Education and/or Experience:

Asset/Liability Analyst I

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Math, or Data Analysis or equivalent experience
• At least one year of financial or data analysis experience preferred (can include internships)

Asset/Liability Analyst II

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Math, or Data Analysis preferred
• At least two years of related experience required (banking or financial services experience preferred)
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• Experience with macros preferred
• Advanced problem solving and analysis skills preferred

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Analyst II Hiring Salary Range: $68,000 - $80,000 plus Annual Bonus. Analyst I Hiring Salary Range: $54,000 - $63,000 plus Annual Bonus
