Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel assignment
• Rotating shifts to support critical case coverage

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license valid for California
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Scrubbing and circulating CVOR cases preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct perioperative care for cardiovascular surgical patients
• Scrub and circulate during open-heart and related surgeries
• Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain a sterile field and safety procedures at all times
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process
• Accurately document care, procedures, and interventions
