Cheesemaker

Pay: $19.50–$20.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary-to-Hire
Location: Petaluma, CA
Schedule: Day Shift; weekends as needed

What You'll Do

• Produce cheese according to daily production plans
• Monitor product quality and food safety standards
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work with team members to meet production goals
• Report quality concerns and production issues promptly

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or food production experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• English required; Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Work in cold, wet, and occasionally noisy production environments
