What You'll Do As the Sales Team Manager, you'll help shape the success of both the agency and its sales professionals by providing leadership, accountability, and hands-on support. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a team of licensed insurance sales professionals. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve production and close rates. Conduct regular coaching sessions, training, and performance reviews. Lead by example through personal sales production and customer engagement. Work with prospective customers to provide quotes, recommend coverage, and close new business. Foster a positive, goal-oriented culture focused on teamwork and accountability. Ensure agency processes, compliance standards, and customer service expectations are consistently met. Help recruit, onboard, and develop future sales talent. Track team metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance license Life & Health Insurance License also preferred Previous insurance sales experience with a strong record of success. Leadership, supervisory, or team management experience preferred. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Ideal Candidate Inspires and motivates others to perform at a high level. Competitive, goal-driven, and results-oriented. Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Organized with excellent time-management abilities.
