Overview
X-ray Tech (Radiology) – Olympia, WA. Travel assignment in a hospital radiology department, starting 06/23/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,018-$2,109 per week. Shift: 4x10 Days. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. This on-site position focuses on general diagnostic radiography, portable imaging, fluoroscopy, and intraoperative imaging support across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings.

Responsibilities
- Perform general radiography and portable/bedside imaging across inpatient, outpatient, and ED settings; ensure image quality and proper patient positioning.
- Conduct fluoroscopy and intraoperative imaging using C-arm; O-arm experience preferred; assist with OR imaging logistics and image capture.
- Support interventional and procedural imaging; coordinate with radiology team and anesthesia as needed; manage contrast media preparation and administration per protocol.
- Maintain radiation safety, protect patients and staff, monitor dose, and document results in the PACS workflow; verify images for interpretation.
- Collaborate with radiology staff; adapt imaging for adolescents through geriatrics; neonates/infants/pediatrics experience preferred; participate in unit rotations and equipment checks.
- Fluently operate PACS, participate in charting with Epic, and comply with documentation standards; follow floating schedule across like units and weekend coverage.

Requirements
- ARRT (R) registration/certification and BLS required.
- Minimum 1 year radiology experience in general diagnostic imaging.
- First-time travelers accepted.
- Preferred: Neonates/infants/pediatrics experience; Trauma Level I experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a hospital radiology setting; EPIC charting experience preferred; PACS knowledge.
- Travel eligibility: Locals within 50 miles are not eligible for travel assignment.
