Scrum Master

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support high-performing Agile delivery teams focused on customer-facing technology solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background supporting software delivery teams in large enterprise environments and has experience leading Agile initiatives for customer service, billing, customer communications, or digital customer engagement platforms. This role partners closely with Product Owners, development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive transparency, remove delivery impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams in large enterprise environments using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred). Strong facilitation experience across all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning. Advanced Jira expertise, including workflow management, dashboards, reporting, and migration support. Experience supporting delivery of customer-facing products and platforms within Customer Service, Customer Experience (CX), Billing, Contact Center, or Customer Communications organizations.
