You need time to evaluate movement, understand the patient's goals, build an effective plan of care, educate your patient, progress treatment, and make adjustments based on how they respond. At Proof Physical Therapy and Performance, appointments are scheduled in one-hour blocks so you have more opportunity to deliver thoughtful, individualized care. Your clinical environment includes: One-hour appointment blocks Individualized plans of care Outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy Exercise and movement-based rehabilitation Manual therapy when clinically appropriate Sports and performance rehabilitation Strong patient education Clinical autonomy Meaningful patient relationships A smaller, collaborative clinic environment Some appointments may use a 2:1 treatment setup, while still maintaining a model focused on individualized care and strong clinical decision-making. Be the Physical Therapist Who Actually Gets to Treat Your role here is centered around being a Physical Therapist. You will have the opportunity to evaluate, problem-solve, educate, treat, progress, and guide patients throughout their recovery. As a Physical Therapist at Proof PT, you will: Perform comprehensive outpatient orthopedic evaluations Identify movement limitations and contributing factors Develop individualized, goal-driven plans of care Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy treatment Progress patients through therapeutic exercise and movement-based rehabilitation Incorporate manual therapy when appropriate Help patients improve strength, mobility, movement quality, and confidence Guide active patients safely back to sport, recreation, work, and daily activities Educate patients so they understand their condition and recovery process Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical presentation Build strong relationships that improve patient engagement Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with teammates on patient care and challenging cases Contribute ideas that improve the patient experience and clinic Help support the continued growth of Proof Physical Therapy and Performance Use Your Clinical Judgment We want Physical Therapists who think critically.
