Position Summary Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work You’ll Do As a Project - Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for supporting automation, data, and finance transformation activities that improve audit readiness and business process execution. Support the design and implementation of artificial intelligence and automation solutions that reduce manual effort across finance and business processesAnalyze end-to-end processes, including procure to pay, order to cash, budget to report, acquire to retire, plan to stock, and hire to retire, to identify opportunities for standardization and automationSupport data mapping from source to target systems and assist with data conversion, migration, and transformation activitiesHelp automate data entry, interface error handling, data validation checks, and workflow routing and approvalsSupport Oracle ERP implementation, data integration, interoperability, and financial feeder system activities in a federal finance environment A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work product The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,700 to $140,600.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
