Junior Travel Concierge

Founder.

The Role

This is an apprenticeship in the craft of luxury travel, trained directly by our founder. You

will work alongside our internal concierge team supporting the full life of a client journey

from the first conversation to the welcome home note — and grow into a trusted

concierge in your own right.

You will learn how world-class travel is actually built: how a Virtuoso advisor works with

the general managers of the world's best hotels, how preferred-partner benefits are

secured, how an itinerary absorbs a canceled flight without the client ever feeling it, and

how discretion is practiced, not just promised.

What You Will Do

 Support senior concierges in researching, drafting, and refining bespoke

itineraries

 Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, guides, and transport partners to confirm every

element of a trip

 Prepare beautiful, accurate client-facing documents: proposals, final itineraries,

travel guides

 Own the details that make the difference: confirmation audits, visa and entry

requirements, transfer timing, dietary notes, special occasions, amenity and

gifting arrangements

 Maintain immaculate client records and trip files in our systems

 Monitor trips in progress and assist with in-travel support, including occasional

evening/weekend coverage windows for clients abroad [confirm on-call

expectations]

 Contribute destination knowledge from your own travels — your firsthand

experience of the world is part of what you bring

Who You Are

 Exceptionally well educated — bachelors degree required; we care more

about intellectual curiosity, cultural fluency, and the quality of your writing than

your major

 Genuinely traveled — you have lived, studied, or traveled extensively outside

the United States, and it shows in how you think about places, cultures, and

logistics. You know the difference between having been somewhere and knowing

it

 A natural host — warm, poised, and composed under pressure; you make

people feel taken care of

 Obsessive about details — a wrong pickup time or a misspelled name is

unacceptable to you before anyone tells you it is

 Discreet without being told — our clients names, plans, and lives are

confidential, always

 A beautiful writer — clear, gracious, and precise in every email and document

 Early in your career and hungry to learn — 0–3 years of experience;

hospitality, concierge, or client-service exposure is a plus but not required. We

will train the craft; we cant train the temperament

Valued but not required: additional languages; time spent living abroad; experience

with luxury hospitality brands; familiarity with travel booking systems.
