As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier.More about our team Join our 18-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our ICU operates with a 1:2/3 nurse to patient ratio. Patients treated on this unit include vents, continuous BiPAP, vasopressor drips, DKA on insulin drips, ETOH on CIWA and a mix of intermediate care. This role provides an opportunity to work in a newly opened unit, very spacious and bright. Staff Physicians are approachable. Our unit strives for quality patient care, and you are encouraged to share your knowledge with others.How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN), who excels in this role:Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patientPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patientPerforms timely and accurate QI assessmentsWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
