• Collaborative Care: Work alongside the Pulse Center, integrating pulmonary, critical care, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and various subspecialties for comprehensive management of complex cardiopulmonary cases.
• Closed ICU Model: Engage in a 26-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU/ICU).
• Predictable Scheduling: Enjoy a structured ICU schedule with designated non-ICU time.
• Integrated EMR: Utilize Epic electronic medical records throughout our cohesive system.
• Teaching Opportunities: Participate in the PCCM Fellowship program to mentor the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Base salary ranging from $361,000 to $448,000.

About the Facility

Our facility is a 254-bed tertiary care referral center that has earned numerous national accolades for its exceptional patient care.
