Healthcare Quality & Process Improvement Lead

Banner Health is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to enhance clinical performance and patient safety at Banner Thunderbird. This full-time role involves supporting quality initiatives, leading performance improvement projects, and engaging with clinical teams. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, have significant clinical or quality improvement experience, and be passionate about improving healthcare delivery.
