Revenue AccountantPittsburgh, PA | HybridWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:Gain meaningful exposure to ASC 606 revenue recognition and technical accounting.Partner directly with Commercial, Legal, Operations, and Accounting teams.Play a key role in improving and automating accounting processes.Build experience across financial reporting, controls, analysis, and month-end close.Join a role with broad visibility and opportunities to make an impact beyond routine accounting.Target Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:Analyze customer agreements and contract changes to determine appropriate revenue recognition under ASC 606.Own revenue-related close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, account schedules, and variance analysis.Develop supporting documentation for revenue conclusions and technical accounting matters.Support quarterly and year-end reporting while executing applicable SOX controls.Improve revenue accounting workflows through automation, technology, and data-driven process enhancements.Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.3+ years of accounting, revenue accounting, or finance experience.Working knowledge of ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong financial analysis capabilities.
