Overview The Merchandising Manager’s main priority is to lead a group of Merchandisers accountable for in-store execution, including merchandising products to the shelf, displays, and cold equipment in large format stores. The Merchandising Manager is responsible for coaching and developing their team and for managing labor hours within a set budget.
