Job Summary:

Seeking a Sterile Processing Tech to ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of medical instruments and equipment. This role requires adherence to sterilization protocols and certification requirements to support clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Sanitize, sterilize, and inspect surgical instruments and equipment following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes and certifications.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure sterile supplies are available and properly prepared.
• Comply with all safety and infection control protocols to prevent contamination.
• Manage work flow efficiently within scheduled shift times, ensuring timely processing.
• Complete required training modules during orientation and maintain current certifications.

Qualifications:

• Hold CRCST certification or equivalent in sterile processing.
• Possess a valid CA State License for Sterile Processing or relevant credential.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing or a related role.
• Complete 7-year work history verification with supporting references.
• Upload applicable certifications with valid expiration dates prior to assignment.
• Be available for scheduled shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
