We are looking for an HR intern to support the organization for the summer. Responsibilities The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting in high priority HR initiatives and programs. These responsibilities will include internal projects and group initiatives related to improving HR and talent management operations and the overall employee experience. Qualifications Currently pursuing a high school degree or equivalent. Strong working relationship and critical thinking skills. Strong analytical skills. Self‑motivated with a strong work initiative and attention to detail. Customer service, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use MS Excel and PowerPoint; database/reporting software for analysis a plus. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, detail‑oriented work environment. Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team environment. Passion for learning with a wide degree of creativity and curiosity. Abilities Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time. Sitting for extended periods of time. Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction. Have finger dexterity to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Communicate information and ideas verbally so others will understand.
