PDS Tech is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in St. Cloud, MN. This role supports facility and production operations through preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment support in a highly automated, computer-based manufacturing environment.

Industrial Maintenance Technician

• Location: St. Cloud, MN

• Pay Rate: $28.00/hour

• Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire (W2)

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Rotating schedule based on workdays (not rotating between day and night shift hours)

Position Overview

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility and production equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical and control systems to support daily operations

• Utilize computerized maintenance systems to track PM schedules and work orders

• Support facility operations including utilities, equipment performance, and contractor coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of building and production support equipment

• Troubleshoot RTUs, fans, and other facility systems

• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and respond to equipment issues

• Utilize the Megamation system to manage PM schedules and work orders

• Monitor and record water and energy consumption data

• Support production teams with facility-related maintenance needs

• Coordinate and assist outside contractors performing service work

• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance or manufacturing equipment experience

• Mechanical troubleshooting experience required

• Basic electrical and control systems knowledge preferred

• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment

• Comfortable working in a computer-based manufacturing environment

• Strong reliability, attendance, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environments

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience

• Experience with preventative maintenance systems or CMMS software

• Knowledge of facility equipment and utilities systems

Pay Details: $28.00 to $26.00 per hour
