Wage: $19-20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Thursday 730AM to 5PM, Friday 730AM to 1130AM

What You'll Do:

• Operate small presses, including 1 & 2 color presses, to produce envelopes, letterheads, business cards, and NCR forms.
• Handle material loading and unloading, ensuring precision and quality in every print job.
• Assist in maintaining press equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Support the continuous improvement of workflow and processes.

Required Skills:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn press operation.
• Ability to lift 45-50 lbs safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication skills and dependable work ethic.
• Experience with operating machinery, warehouse, or line work is a plus.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in printing or press operation.
• Forklift or pallet jack operation experience (certification not required).
• Familiarity with production safety standards.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or line work experience is beneficial.
• Willingness to train and grow within the role.
