The ideal candidate brings advanced diagnostic expertise, mechanical proficiency, and the ability to use specialized tools and equipment to perform accurate transmission repairs and system evaluations.

Role Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and replace worn or damaged transmission components, including couplings, gears, and electronic parts.
- Use computerized diagnostic equipment to identify hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic transmission issues.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as transmission fluid flushes and oil changes.
- Test-drive vehicles after repairs to verify that concerns are resolved and the transmission operates correctly.
- Read and follow technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
Employee Prerequisites
- Fast, streamlined onboarding-completed within days
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, systems, and related technologies (pay based on experience)
- Required certifications, licenses, and local registrations (compensation aligned with experience)
- Flexible schedule
