divh2Senior Financial Analyst/h2pThe Senior Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the reporting, analysis, and communication of actual financial performance and forecast outlook related to technology cloud spending. In this role, the selected candidate will provide a wide range of financial information and insights to technology management and business units. They will be responsible for developing budgets and forecasts, monitoring cloud cost management performance indicators (KPIs), and driving transparency and optimization./ph3Responsibilities/h3pWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst who will report to the Cloud FinOps Director and play a pivotal role in our journey towards cloud innovation and analytical maturity./pulliServe as Finance Analyst/Lead to cloud product deployment projects and services./liliProvide financial support on budget reconciliation process, variance report and research against budget/forecasts. Provides financial support as required during financial gap analysis./liliLeads the monthly close process, journal entries, understands variances between actuals vs. forecast/budget pertaining to trends./liliAbility to deliver high quality analysis independently, leveraging spreadsheet and other quantitative tools i.e., MS Power BI (a plus)./liliAnalyze large and complex data sets to identify trends and anomalies that may indicate cost control weaknesses or potential risks./liliPartner with engineering and finance to understand cost analytic needs and identify high-impact opportunities to improve the chargeback process and implement sound analytical solution./liliDevelop and maintain automated chargeback and workflows to streamline chargeback processes and improve efficiency./liliA plus, if ability to visualize data and apply data insights using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, writing analytical expressions i.e. DAX and MDX/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum of 5 years of job-related experience./liliBachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field./liliStrong math skills or a background in finance, analytics, statistics, and ability to deal with anomalies are essential./liliUnderstanding or exposure to Cloud Cost management and best practices i.e., showback and chargeback (a plus)./liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to manipulate data extracts using Excel dynamic and logical formulas./liliData science experience, i.e., Tableau, Power Query, Power BI (a plus)/liliMotivated self-starter with capacity to manage multiple priorities./liliUnderstanding of and adherence to Accounting policies and SOX controls./li/ulpIf you meet these qualifications and are excited about contributing to a dynamic team focused on financial innovation in the cloud space, we encourage you to apply for this Senior Financial Analyst position./ph3About Us: InterSources Inc/h3pInterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Supplier, was founded in 2007 and offers innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
