Watt Inc. is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Owner's Representative team in South Florida.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred

• Strong Project Management / Construction Operations background

• Experience with a General Contractor, Construction Manager, Owner's Representative, Developer or similar construction organization

• Preconstruction and estimating experience is a plus, but Project Management experience is our priority

• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, change management, procurement, design coordination and project documentation

• Experience coordinating with Owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants

• Based in South Florida , ideally within approximately 75–100 miles of Palm Beach County

Of course, we expect our Project Managers to successfully manage scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
