At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking a skilled Handyman to support operations at a multifamily apartment community in Atlanta, GA.

This role is a great fit for a hands-on maintenance professional who can confidently handle work orders and unit turns, bring solid plumbing, appliance, and electrical troubleshooting skills, and participate in an on-call rotation. You’ll join an established onsite team and have the chance to earn additional income through renewal bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders with a strong focus on resident service and timely resolution
• Perform unit turns, including make-ready, punch work, and basic repairs to prepare apartments for move-in
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every third week
• Support general upkeep of the community in coordination with the on-site maintenance team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience
• Proven experience completing work orders and unit turns (make-readies)
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
