This position is for full time or part time availability. No bonus for part time Responsibilities Collaborate with patient\'s physicians to plan and implement treatments. Monitor the effectiveness of treatments and adjust accordingly. Identify and treat physical limitations and disabilities. Educate patients about the nature of their injury or illness. Create an individualized plan of rehabilitation for each patient. Develop treatment plans based on a holistic approach that address both physical and emotional well-being. Record information in charts, journals, or medical software.
