Leasing Consultant / Assistant Property Manager (Upscale Downtown Community – Corn Hill area)

MARK IV Enterprises is seeking a polished, high-energy, career-minded Leasing Consultant / Assistant Property Manager to join our team at one of our upscale residential communities in the historic Corn Hill neighborhood of downtown Rochester. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and enjoys building relationships while driving occupancy.

As the first impression of our community, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience while supporting all aspects of property operations:

• Conduct engaging property tours that highlight the lifestyle and unique features of the community
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up to convert leads into leases
• Process applications, including credit screenings and lease documentation
• Coordinate seamless move-ins and perform move-out inspections
• Address resident questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Partner closely with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure community standards
• Contribute to resident retention efforts, including planning and executing events
• Promote the community through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Maintain coverage of the leasing office, including scheduled Saturdays as needed

• 1–5 years of residential leasing or property management experience
• Proven sales ability with confidence in closing leases
• Experience with Yardi CRM IQ is a plus
• Professional presence with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to clearly explain lease terms and policies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

• $21.00-26.00 per hour , plus leasing commissions
• Compensation is based on experience, skills, and market factors and may vary from the posted range
