This opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist to support a specialty compounding pharmacy in Sterling Heights, MI. This contract role offers a dynamic environment focused on preparing and verifying compounds and sterile injectables, requiring precision and efficiency to manage a high-volume workflow.


Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying compounded medications and sterile injectable preparations for accuracy and safety
• Managing a high-volume workload while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and quality standards
• Collaborating with pharmacy staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation and dispensing of specialized medications

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Michigan
• Proven experience with compounding and sterile injectable medications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced specialty pharmacy environment

This contract position spans 4 to 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.


Candidates must be able to start promptly and have a valid Michigan Pharmacy license with relevant experience in injectable medications and compounding procedures.
