As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, operate a company vehicle, and help deter security-related incidents while delivering welcoming customer service to guests and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to hotel and resort guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
