Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local sheet metal contractor in Watseka, IL that is looking for experienced MIG Welders to join their team! THE JOB Location: Watseka, Illinois Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Position: MIG Welder Opportunity: Evaluation-to-hire after 720 hours , based on attendance and performance WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Set up and operate welding equipment safely Perform MIG welding in a production environment Read route sheets and verify production counts Complete required first-piece, interval, and final-piece inspections Perform hourly weld tests Accurately document completed work orders Identify and report faulty operations to supervision WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous welding experience Ability to pass a weld test Comfortable working a hands-on, physical position Someone looking for a long-term opportunity to grow WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY?
