Associate Customer Success Manager

Supporting the Strategic Business Segment, the full-time remote Associate Customer Success Manager will manage onboarding, campaign strategy, and performance reporting for high-value brands across Amazon and Walmart, driving customer growth and operational excellence. Key responsibilities Support onboarding and activation of customers by ensuring seamless integration of their Amazon and Walmart accounts Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop structured campaign strategies aligned with customer goals and KPIs Monitor performance metrics and deliver insights through dashboards and business reviews to drive measurable outcomes Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital advertising, preferably in eCommerce or ad tech Foundational understanding of Amazon and Walmart advertising ecosystems, including campaign structure and performance metrics Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear communicator, able to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and customer teams
