You will be equipped with access to various digital tools for assessment, documentation, and therapy delivery, facilitating streamlined communication with both clients and colleagues.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing standardized tools and clinician judgment.Design, implement, and continuously update individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.Provide an array of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, in individual, family, and group therapy formats.Regularly monitor clients’ progress towards treatment goals, adjusting strategies and interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or mental health crises, ensuring safety and stability.Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, meeting all legal and ethical standards while utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, clinical social workers, and peer support specialists, to deliver holistic care.Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions, webinars, and supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills and stay apprised of industry developments.Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards established by relevant licensing boards and organizations, fostering a culture of integrity within practice.Patient Population / Client FocusYour role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
