Compensation: $400,000 - $550,000

We are excited to announce an opening for an OBGYN position within a prestigious healthcare system located in Delaware.

This health system has recently been recognized on Forbes' Best-In-State Employers 2025 List.

Opportunity Overview:

Modern hospital and facilities, established just 6 years ago.
A new OBGYN Operating Room is currently under construction on the Labor & Delivery floor, set to be completed by Spring 2026.
The role will involve a balanced practice of 50% obstetrics and 50% gynecology.
You will be joining a team of 2 full-time OBGYNs, expanding to 4 as staffing needs grow.
Work alongside 3 experienced midwives who handle outpatient, inpatient care, and participate in the call schedule.
The call schedule is set at 1:5.
The hospital employs OBGYN Hospitalists to manage all unassigned patients.
Dedicated medical assistants are cross-trained as scribes to enhance efficiency.
Attractive compensation package includes a guaranteed base salary, RVU productivity bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package featuring a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
We are able to sponsor J1 and H1B visas.
