What this job involves As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in this pursuit by leading projects and delivering exceptional results for our clients. Day-to-day responsibilities Delivering exceptional project management services Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives Championing JLL's values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.) PMP certification or equivalent project management certification Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry Proven record of managing multiple large projects simultaneously Experience working in the South Bay Area Proven record of presenting to executive stakeholders Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Preferred qualifications Master’s degree in a related field Experience leading projects in multiple sectors, including office, technology, retail, industrial, and healthcare Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation Experience working with AI tools and systems Expert use of project management tools Knowledge of construction processes and building codes Proficiency in project management software and tools Salary & Location Estimated compensation for this position: 130,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per year Location: On-site –Menlo Park, CA, San Francisco, CA Benefits 401(k) plan with matching company contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Legal & Compliance This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
