This role is primarily focused on Accounts Receivable and Credit Management while also supporting Accounts Payable and month-end close activities for the Latin America business. The ideal candidate has strong collections experience, excellent customer service skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who is comfortable managing customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve cash flow and financial operations.ResponsibilitiesCode and Process invoices in a timely manner.Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to processing and submission for paymentProcess payments in a timely mannerRaise any questions to Accounts Payable team or Director if something doesn't look correctAssist AP team with other invoice processing as neededManage a variety of tasks/initiatives across multiple countries and brand groups simultaneouslyProvide timely customer service to the Latam Sales TeamOther tasks as directed – included but not limited to assistance with Accounts Receivable and bank/GL reconciliations and rollforwardsQualificationsRequires a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting or other business-related function).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment is necessary.Solid proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with most emphasis on Excel), and SAP3+ years in Accounts PayableComfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and ambiguityPreferred Qualifications:Sound Problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to work through complex data in a timely manner; providing analysis to determine alternative courses of action, is important.The ability to interact with colleagues in other organizational functions as well as customers in an effective and efficient manner is critical.The ability to know when issues should be raised and to what level they should be raised to.Fine print:This is a W2 position.
