Description Connect Pediatrics is looking for a Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist Feeding Specialist to join our team in the DFW Metroplex, including Mesquite, Pleasant Grove, Forney, Garland, Irving, Coppell, North Dallas, Carrollton, South Dallas, Arlington, and Grand Prairie. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in collaborating with families to provide comprehensive, home‑based care for pediatric patients. Use clinical judgment to develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders. Provide in‑home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses. Engage with patients' families, providing regular communication and updates on goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans. Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team. Participate in one‑on‑one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively. Requirements Valid, active Speech Therapy license in the state of Texas. Current BLS/CPR license. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance.
