This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Multiple skill levels are available (Multi-Craft A, B, and C) with opportunities for advancement and pay increases.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsPerform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipmentDiagnose equipment issues and minimize downtimeWork with PLCs, motors, drives, controls, and automation systemsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentsMaintain equipment to support production goals and quality standardsFollow all safety procedures and company policiesKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeQualifications:Industrial maintenance experience requiredStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsExperience with PLCs and industrial automation preferredKnowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and controlsAbility to read blueprints and schematicsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environmentMulti-Craft Test score at the A, B, or C level is a plusJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Spartanburg, SC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $76960.00 - $87360.00/yr.
