Your Role Awaits

• Conduct a mix of routine and advanced lab testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologywhile adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, identify and resolve discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for further testing, as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor newly hired staff or students, and contribute to maintaining high quality standards within the lab.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required to be obtained within the first year of employment.
