Job Summary
Endoscopy Laboratory Nurse Baltimore, MD. This position involves providing specialized peri-procedural care within the endoscopy lab setting. The role requires delivering quality patient care for adult patients undergoing various endoscopic procedures, ensuring safety and compliance with facility protocols. The assignment is for a duration of 13 weeks, with scheduled hours from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with no on-call, weekends, or holiday shifts.

Job Details

• Location: Baltimore, MD
• Schedule: Dayshift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • Professional Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Two years of current nursing experience
  • PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) experience, dysrhythmia management
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • EPIC electronic health record experience
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • ICU experience within the past 1-2 years
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Critical Care Certification
  • Trauma course completion
  • IV access/certification for procedural prep purposes
  • EPIC Optime role experience
• Additional Information:
  • Candidates with prior employment in any capacity for any Johns Hopkins health system facility must be verified before submitting.
  • Travel experience in the specialty is preferred but not required.
  • The assignment does not include weekend or holiday work, nor on-call responsibilities.
