As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail, and maintaining Bodyrok’s standards. Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming and organized studio environment Provide personalized assistance to clients, including class bookings, membership sales, and account management Assist with studio supplies and inventory Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio space and equipment Assist with administrative tasks and support studio management as needed Requirements: 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry Flexible availability early as 5am and late as 10pm - a must Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentPassion for health, fitness, and wellnessHigh school diploma or equivalent About Us: At BODYROK, we are dedicated to providing a high-energy and supportive environment for our clients to achieve their fitness goals.
