Location: SONIC AUTOMOTIVE. 17319 Hwy 99, Lynnwood WA
Primary Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs
- Working with end-users to resolve issues
- Providing updates to management as needed
MUST HAVE:
- Field tech experience client facing/executive customer service
- Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site
- Warranty Dell support
- Mac experience is a plus
- Certification requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac
TOP 2 OR 3 REQUIRED SKILLS THAT CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Communications
- Hardware Break-Fix
- Installing
WORK SCHEDULE:
- M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES
- On-Call = YES
