Job Description
Join a dynamic Payloads Engineering team supporting the design and integration of aircraft interiors, cargo systems, cabin safety, exterior markings, and related systems. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, from customer configuration and supplier coordination through design, production, testing, certification, and delivery.
What You’ll Do
Develop, integrate, and document aircraft interior and payload system requirements.
Create and modify 3D designs using CATIA and other engineering tools.
Support product design, integration, manufacturing, validation, and certification.
Work closely with engineering, production, suppliers, program teams, and customers.
Improve design processes, tools, quality, and efficiency.
Support technical requirements, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a technical or engineering-related field.
Experience with CATIA, 3D modeling, technical design, or product integration .
Experience supporting manufacturing/production environments .
Aerospace, aircraft interiors, or related engineering experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and technical requirements.
Experience with Python, Visual Basic, or Java is a plus.
Familiarity with Model-Based Design, Systems Engineering, or Relational Design is a plus.
Associate degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
