You'll be responsible for growing Worksite producing agent count (PAC) while using our established national recruiting manager recruiting process.Core responsibilities and deliverables:Source, interview, recruit, and close agents and management candidates for the PMA Field Worksite sales organizations.Support Worksite IMO's by effectively sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding licensed and non-licensed agent candidates.Establish referral sources for agent and management candidates.Development of new sources for attracting talent.Participate in career fairs, attend industry association gatherings and search Internet sites offering potential sourcing opportunities.Build and establish relationships internally with the home office recruiting team, but also foster relationships with our field managers and agents.
