CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist for a pharmaceutical company based in Fort Worth, Texas. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will partner closely with the Operations Senior Manager to support the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of compliance programs and operational processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in healthcare compliance, transparency reporting, HCP engagement processes, and cross-functional collaboration. The position will play a key role in supporting regulatory reporting requirements, compliance monitoring activities, and due diligence processes to help ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational systems, improve data quality, and drive process efficiencies across compliance-related programs. Position: Regulatory Compliance Specialist Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $30-$34/hour Schedule: Standard Business Hours on Hybrid Setup (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Type: 6-Month Temp Assignment with Potential Extension Responsibilities for the Regulatory Compliance Specialist: * Manage compliance-related processes, reporting activities, and documentation to support regulatory requirements and internal policies. * Review business transactions, contracts, and supporting records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve operational systems, workflows, and data quality. * Conduct due diligence and risk assessments, maintain records, and support ongoing monitoring and compliance initiatives. * Assist with audits, process improvements, training materials, and other projects that promote operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Requirements for the Regulatory Compliance Specialist: * Bachelor's degree required; degree in Compliance, Healthcare, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred. * Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, operations, or a related field. * Experience working with compliance systems, payment platforms, vendors, and cross-functional teams preferred. * Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset. * Familiarity with U.S. Sunshine Act / Open Payments and HCP engagement processes desired.
