Much more online at: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Completes nursing assessment thoroughly and in a timely manner within facility guidelines. Assessment includes all required screenings and components. * Communicates effectively with physicians and ensures orders are accurate and carried out accordingly. * Accurately documents on treatment plan illustrating patient progress or need for additional problem or intervention identification. * Follows policy and procedure and involves next line of leadership as needed to resolve issues. * Intervenes appropriately in crisis situations.
