• No experience required for document prep roles; scanning experience preferred
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and scan large volumes of physical documents daily
• Remove staples, paper clips, bindings, and organize files for scanning
• Ensure documents are properly aligned and ready for digitization
• Review scanned images for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
• Maintain organization and meet daily productivity goals
