- No experience required for document prep roles; scanning experience preferred
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and scan large volumes of physical documents daily
- Remove staples, paper clips, bindings, and organize files for scanning
- Ensure documents are properly aligned and ready for digitization
- Review scanned images for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
- Maintain organization and meet daily productivity goals
